El gran rey Arcturus regresa de su misión con el Santo Grial a cuestas y descubre que alguien ha destruido su ciudad, Brisa Tormenta (y el resto del reino). Sin perder ni un segundo, se dispone a recuperar sus tierras, pero no contaba con el Mal que Siempre Ríe el Último.
Aunque, al principio, el jugador ayuda al rey Arcturus, pronto vuelve a ponerse del lado del Mal y, con la ayuda de algunos héroes conversos, barre el suelo con el monarca.
